These Terms govern access to Tina Snow® Bank, VisaUSD™, and related private-development platform services operated by ATV Global Holdings LLC.
Tina Snow® Bank is a software, wallet, and neo-banking interface under development. Unless separately enabled through a regulated financial institution, it is not itself a bank, broker-dealer, money transmitter, custodian bank, card issuer, FedNow participant, or ACH operator.
Amazon Login through Amazon Cognito is used as the account identity and continuity layer. Your Tina Snow account and VisaUSD™ wallet record may be provisioned or loaded from that identity when you sign in.
VisaUSD™ is designed as a Solana USDC wallet rail. Displayed VisaUSD™ balance logic is limited to official Solana USDC, and SOL network-fee balance is kept separate. Digital asset features may be unavailable, delayed, or changed during development.
Banking, cards, ACH, RTP, FedNow, compliance, KYC, AML, OFAC, settlement, liquidity, statements, and reconciliation require qualified third-party or financial institution partners before production use.
You agree to provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully, protect your Amazon account access, and avoid attempting to bypass authentication, custody, rate limits, audit controls, or security boundaries.
ATV Global Holdings LLC may modify these Terms, platform features, access requirements, or service availability as the Tina Snow Banking Platform moves from review into partner and production configuration.
